Above and beyond the plan reviews and inspection services for Texas Accessibility Standards we are often asked to assist with consulting on different areas of accessibility. Assessments of buildings that are being considered for sale or purchase is one process. We provide plan reviews and inspections outside the State of Texas based upon the accessibility codes or regulations provided or the local State building code requirements. We have been asked to assess exiting buildings and sites due to litigation. Helping during the planning and design development stage of a project also provides the minimum requirements for construction.
